Privacy and cookies

This page explains how Trapani Window Cleaning handles personal information collected through this website.

Who we are

Trapani Window Cleaning, 6 New Bristol Road, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, BS22 6AB. Email info@trapaniwindowcleaning.co.uk, phone 07816 185 917.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, address and any message. We do not collect anything else about you through the form.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing from third parties.

Where it goes

The form sends your message by email to info@trapaniwindowcleaning.co.uk. Nothing is stored on the website itself. Our web host and email provider handle the data on our behalf so that the site and email work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any resulting work, then delete them.

Analytics cookies

If you choose “Accept analytics”, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the site are used. It sets cookies on your device and sends anonymised usage data to Google. Nothing is switched on unless you accept, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@trapaniwindowcleaning.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have used your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
